Our Dead On Arrival (DOA) policy ensures that, if your coral does not survive the journey and arrives deceased, picture proof is needed within 24 hours of delivery. We will promptly offer you in-store credit. This credit can be used to purchase the same coral or an coral of equivalent value.

At Coastal Coral, we acknowledge that shipping coral can be a source of stress for both the buyer and the shipper, as well as for the coral itself. In order to provide peace of mind for both the coral and our valued customers, we take extra measures when packaging our coral shipments. We carefully consider the weather conditions and distance, and include heating or cooling packs to ensure optimal conditions during transit. Additionally, we use plastic containers that are securely sealed, avoiding the use of plastic bags that may pose the risk of rupturing .
